Cinnamon Baked Sweet Potato - Recipe

     Here is how to dress up your baked sweet potatoes the quickest and easiest way possible!


Cinnamon Baked Sweet Potato

(Serves 6)

6 Sweet Potatoes
Palm Oil
Salt
6 T. Butter
Ground Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Wash and dry sweet potatoes.  Pierce each several times with a fork to let out steam when cooking.  With a paper towel rub each with a coating of palm oil and place on a cookie sheet.  Roast for 60 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.

Remove from oven and while still wearing oven mitts, cut each in half, slice down the middle, and squeeze to open a little.  Place a tablespoon of butter in the middle of each potato.  Shake cinnamon on top and serve warm.
