Thinking about Fall Steeple Chase Races

 It is the time of year when I start planning what I am going to do for the annual steeple chase race we like to attend at Montpelier.  https://www.montpelierraces.org/

Every year we reserve the same picnic spot to view the race.  It is beautiful by the fence, right in between jumps and by the bend into the finish line.  Every year we make the trek from the parking lot with our tables, bins, coffee, wine, and food to set up for a day in the Virginia sun (hopefully) and have fun with friends and family.
